THE BASICS.

WHAT IS A CIRCUIT?

The disc that may be thrown into goals to score points or used to knock opposing players out.

HOW A SENTINEL PLAYS.

Sentinels may throw circuits at goals to score.
Sentinels can knockout opposing players by hitting/catching circuits.
They cannot enter goal box.

HOW A GUARDIAN PLAYS.

Can execute all Sentinel abilities.
Can move freely in and out of goal box.
Can hit circuits with their hands without penalty.

 
 

PENALTIES.

HOW DO YOU KNOCK ANOTHER PLAYER OUT?

Catching an opposing team circuit knocks the thrower out.
If a Guardian catches a circuit, the opposing player is still out.
If a Guardian is hit anywhere but their hands and doesn’t catch it, they’re out.


HOW DO PENALTIES WORK?

Crossing center line - out for 15 secs.
Sentinel inside goal box - out for 15 secs.
Leaving “out” box early - out for 30 secs.
Ignoring “out” call - out for 60 secs.


HOW DO I TIME MY PENALTY?

There will be pre-set timers clearly marked on the sideline.


FAQ’s

Can you cross the center line?

You must stay on your team’s side during the course of the game.


Can you block a circuit with another circuit?

No, this is not allowed.


If you hit any part of the goal, does it count as a point?

There is a 2’ x 3’ box to aim for.  The rest of the goal is a slide to return the circuit.
